I'm a Staff Software Engineer with 11+ years of experience, currently focused on generative AI and agentic systems at Commonwealth Bank. My journey started with test automation at Infosys, evolved through cloud engineering at ANZ and product work at Wesfarmers OnePass, and is now centred on building intelligent autonomous agents powered by LLMs.
I'm passionate about responsible AI, scalable architecture, and bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and production systems. When I'm not orchestrating agent workflows I'm exploring novel RAG patterns and experimenting with the latest foundation models.
Graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (2008–2012). Currently based in Melbourne, Australia.

Registry-driven A2A multi-agent customer support system built on Google's Agent-to-Agent protocol. The customer agent is fully decoupled from all backend agents — adding a new domain (e.g. warranty, billing, shipping) is a single YAML config change with zero code edits anywhere else.

- Customer agent contains zero hardcoded backend names; verified with grep — true decoupling by design
